Common use of Superannuation Fund Clause in Contracts

Superannuation Fund. 23.4.1. Unless, to comply with superannuation legislation, the company is required to make the superannuation contributions provided for in clause 23.2 to another superannuation fund that is chosen by the employee, the company must make the superannuation contributions provided for in clause 23.2 and pay the amount authorised under clauses 23.3(a) or (b) to one of the following superannuation funds or its successor;

Superannuation Fund. 23.4.1. Unless, to comply with superannuation legislation, the company employer is required to make the superannuation contributions provided for in clause 23.2 14.1 to another superannuation fund that is chosen by the employee, the company employer must make the superannuation contributions provided for in clause 23.2 14.1 and pay the amount authorised under clauses 23.3(a) or (b) 14.1 and 14.2 to one of the following superannuation funds or its successor;, providing the fund provides a MySuper product: • Retail Employees Superannuation Trust (REST); or • Sunsuper.

Superannuation Fund. 23.4.1. Unless, Unless to comply with superannuation legislation, the company employer is required to make the superannuation contributions provided for in clause 23.2 38.2 to another superannuation fund that is chosen by the employee, the company employer must make the superannuation contributions provided for in clause 23.2 38.2 and pay the amount authorised under clauses 23.3(a) 38.3 a. or (b) b. to one of the following superannuation funds or its successor;:

Superannuation Fund. 23.4.1. 1.9.4.1 Unless, to comply with superannuation legislation, the company employer is required to make the superannuation contributions provided for in clause 23.2 1.9.1 to another superannuation fund that is chosen by the employee, the company employer must make the superannuation contributions provided for in clause 23.2 1.9.1 and pay the amount authorised under clauses 23.3(aa) or (b) to one of the following HESTA (industry superannuation funds or its successor;fund for health and community services).

Superannuation Fund. 23.4.1. Unless, to comply with superannuation legislation, the company Employer is required to make the superannuation contributions provided for in clause 23.2 sub-section 42.2 to another superannuation fund that is chosen by the employeeEmployee, the company Employer must make the superannuation contributions provided for in clause 23.2 sub-section 42.2 and pay the amount authorised under clauses 23.3(a42.3(a) or (b) to one of the following superannuation funds or its successor;:

Superannuation Fund. 23.4.1. Unless, to comply with superannuation legislation, the company employer is required to make the superannuation contributions provided for in clause 23.2 10.2 to another superannuation fund that is chosen by the employee, the company employer must make the superannuation contributions provided for in clause 23.2 10.2 and pay the amount authorised under clauses 23.3(a10.3(a) or (b) to one of the following superannuation funds or its successor;funds:

Superannuation Fund. 23.4.1. Unless, Unless to comply with superannuation legislation, the company employer is required to make the superannuation contributions provided for in clause 23.2 to another superannuation fund that is chosen by the employee, the company employer must make the superannuation contributions provided for in clause 23.2 and pay the amount authorised under clauses 23.3(a) or (b) 23.2 and 23.3 to one of the following superannuation funds or its successor;successors:

Superannuation Fund. 23.4.1. Unless, Unless to comply with superannuation legislation, the company Xxxxxxx is required to make the superannuation contributions provided for in clause 23.2 5.7.3 to another superannuation fund that is chosen by the employee, the company Xxxxxxx must make the superannuation contributions provided for in clause 23.2 5.7.3 and pay the amount authorised under clauses 23.3(a5.7.4(a) or (b) to one of the following superannuation funds or its successor;:

Superannuation Fund. 23.4.1. Unless, to comply with superannuation legislation, the company employer is required to make the superannuation contributions provided for in clause 23.2 to another superannuation fund that is chosen by the employee, the company employer must make the superannuation contributions provided for in clause 23.2 and pay the amount authorised under clauses 23.3(a23.1(a) or and (b) to one of the following superannuation funds Tasplan or its successor;.

Superannuation Fund. 23.4.1. Unless, to comply with superannuation legislation, the company employer is required to make the superannuation contributions provided for in clause 23.2 4.7.2 to another superannuation fund that is chosen by the employee, the company employer must make the superannuation contributions provided for in clause 23.2 4.7.2 and pay the amount authorised under clauses 23.3(a4.7.3(a) or (b) to one of the following superannuation funds or its successor;:

Superannuation Fund. 23.4.1. 19.4.1 Unless, to comply with superannuation legislation, the company Company is required to make the superannuation contributions provided for in clause 23.2 19.2 to another superannuation fund that is chosen by the employeeEmployee, the company Company must make the superannuation contributions provided for in clause 23.2 19.2, and pay the amount authorised under clauses 23.3(a) 19.3.1 or (b) clause 19.3.2, to one of the following superannuation funds or its successor;:

Superannuation Fund. 23.4.1. Unless, to comply with superannuation legislation, the company Employer is required to make the superannuation contributions provided for in clause 23.2 19.3 to another complying superannuation fund that is chosen by the employeeEmployee, superannuation fund (if one exists), the company Employer must make the superannuation contributions provided for in clause 23.2 19.3 and pay the amount authorised under clauses 23.3(a19.5(a) or (b19.5(b) to one of the following superannuation funds or its successor;funds:

Superannuation Fund. 23.4.1. Unless, to comply with superannuation legislation, the company employer is required to make the superannuation contributions provided for in clause 23.2 13(b) to another superannuation fund that is chosen by the employee, the company employer must make the superannuation contributions provided for in clause 23.2 13(b) and pay the amount authorised under clauses 23.3(a) or (b13(b) to one of the Employer’s following superannuation funds default fund or its successor;:

Superannuation Fund. 23.4.1. Unless, to comply with superannuation legislation, the company Company is required to make the superannuation contributions provided for in clause 23.2 31.2 to another superannuation fund that is chosen by the employee, the company Company must make the superannuation contributions provided for in clause 23.2 31.2 and pay the amount authorised under clauses 23.3(a31.3(a) or (b31.3(b) to one of the following superannuation funds or its successor;:

Superannuation Fund. 23.4.1. Unless, Unless to comply with superannuation legislation, the company employer is required to make the superannuation contributions provided for in clause 23.2 21.2 to another superannuation fund that is chosen by the employee, the company employer must make the superannuation contributions provided for in clause 23.2 21.2 and pay the amount authorised under clauses 23.3(a) or (b) 21.2 and 21.3 to one of the following superannuation funds or its successor;successors:

Superannuation Fund. 23.4.1. Unless, to comply with superannuation legislation, the company Employer is required to make the superannuation contributions provided for in clause 23.2 cl.29.2 to another superannuation fund that is chosen by the employeeEmployee, the company Employer must make the superannuation contributions provided for in clause 23.2 cl.29.2 and pay the amount authorised under clauses 23.3(acll.29.3(a) or (band 29.3(b) to one of the following superannuation funds NGS Super or its successor;, provided that the Employer is not required to become a participating employer.
