Superannuation fund. (a) Subject to clause 12.5, the School shall make superannuation contributions for the benefit of Teachers in accordance with relevant Commonwealth superannuation legislation into the Teacher's nominated fund. If the Teacher does not choose a fund in accordance with legislation, the School will make the contributions into: (i) the Teacher's stapled fund; or (ii) if the Australian Taxation Office does not identify a stapled fund for the Teacher, to the School's default fund provided that the School's default fund must offer a MySuper product as defined in the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993 (Cth).
