Superannuation fund. “The Fund” for the purpose of this Agreement shall mean: 15.2.1 HESTA established and governed by a trust deed as may be amended from time to time, and includes any superannuation scheme which may be made in succession thereto; or 15.2.2 An Employee may nominate a complying fund to that provided at subclause (b)(i) above.
