Supervision and Extended Services. The Landlord, if it shall from time to time so elect, shall have the right to supervise the moving of furniture or equipment of the Tenant and (in addition to supervising the Tenant's work as provided for in this Lease) to supervise the making of repairs conducted within the Leased Premises and the exclusive right to supervise or make deliveries to the Leased Premises. In addition, and by arrangement with the Tenant, the Landlord may provide extended cleaning or other services to the Tenant in addition to those normally supplied and referred to in this Lease. In each case, the Landlord's costs and expenses incurred with respect thereto together with a reasonable administration fee shall be paid to the Landlord by the Tenant from time to time promptly upon receipt of invoices from the Landlord.

Supervision and Extended Services. The Licensor, if it shall from time to time so elect, shall have the right to supervise the moving of furniture or equipment, including the Equipment, of the Licensee and (in addition to supervising Licensee's work as provided for in this License) to supervise the making of repairs conducted within the Premises.
Supervision and Extended Services. The Landlord may supervise any work done by the Tenant in the Leased Premises and the moving of heavy articles. In each case, the Tenant shall pay the Landlord’s costs and expenses together with a reasonable administration fee promptly upon receipt of invoices.

  • Medical Services Plan Regular Full-Time and Temporary Full-Time Employees shall be entitled to be covered under the Medical Services Plan commencing the first day of the calendar month following the date of employment. The City shall pay one hundred percent (100%) of the premiums required by the plan.

  • Contractor Responsibility for System Agency’s Termination Costs If the System Agency terminates the Contract for cause, the Contractor shall be responsible to the System Agency for all costs incurred by the System Agency and the State of Texas to replace the Contractor.   • Coordination, Oversight and Monitoring of Service Providers As set forth in the Administrative Services Agreement between the Fund and CRMC, CRMC shall coordinate, monitor and oversee the activities performed by the Service Providers with which AFS contracts. AFS shall monitor Service Providers’ provision of services including the delivery of Customer account statements and all Fund-related material, including summary prospectuses and/or prospectuses, shareholder reports, and proxies.

  • Administration Services When a medical prescription drug is administered by infusion, the administration of the prescription drug may be covered separately from the prescription drug. Prescription drugs that are self-administered are not covered as a medical benefit but may be covered as a pharmacy benefit. For some medical prescription drugs, after the first administration, coverage may be limited to certain locations (for example, a designated outpatient or ambulatory service facility, physician’s office, or your home), provided the location is appropriate based on your medical status. Preauthorization may be required to determine medical necessity as well as appropriate site of care. If we deny your request for preauthorization, or you disagree with our determination for the appropriate site of care, you can submit a medical appeal.   • Monitoring Services IDT staff shall, using methods that include face-to-face and other contacts with the member, monitor the services a member receives. This monitoring shall ensure that: a. The member receives the services and supports authorized, arranged for and coordinated by the IDT staff; b. The services and supports identified in the MCP as being provided by natural and community supports are being provided; and c. The quality of the services and supports received is adequate and still necessary to continue to meet the needs and preferences of the member and support the member’s outcomes identified in the MCP.
