Supervisory Duties. 6.1. Before taking up the data processing, the Client shall satisfy himself/herself of the scope of protection of the technical and organizational measures taken by seca. 6.2. The Client has the right, in consultation with seca, to carry out checks or have them carried out by examiners appointed in individual cases. He/she has the right to satisfy himself/herself of the observance of this agreement by seca at his/her place of business through random inspections, which shall usually to be announced in good time. 6.3. seca shall ensure that the Client is able to satisfy himself of compliance with the obligations under Art. 28
