Supplemental Duties Committee. A committee consisting of four members appointed by the Association President and four administrators appointed by the Superintendent shall be formed at the request of the Association or the Superintendent. A quorum of the committee shall require attendance of at least two bargaining unit members and two administrative members. Meetings and minutes of meetings of the Supplemental Duties Committee will be conducted and maintained in accordance with the laws governing the operation of committees of public bodies. Copies of minutes of all Committee meetings will be sent to the president of the Association and to the Superintendent. The Committee will review and submit written recommendations for the revision of Supplemental Duties to the Superintendent and to the Association not later than July 1, of the negotiation year.

  • Duties of the Committee The Committee will be responsible for developing recommendations based on consensus (agreement and/or abstinence constitutes consensus) for the CAAT retirees' group insurance plans. The duties of the Committee are to:

The Training Committee will be constituted by equal numbers of Employer nominees and ETU employee representatives and have a charter which clearly states its role and responsibilities. It shall monitor the clauses of this Agreement which relate to training and ensure all employees have equal access to training.
