Supplementary Personnel. A children's center Unit Member may elect not to utilize volunteers, student assistants or student teachers provided such election does not result in causing the District to violate the legal ratio of children to adults in the children's center. The Unit Member may request the removal of an unsatisfactory volunteer or assistant.

Supplementary Personnel. Without limitation upon any of the rights or remedies of the District under the Contract Documents or under Applicable Laws, in the event that Design-Build Entity fails to have personnel on Site to supervise the Work, the District shall have the right, but not the obligation, upon twenty-four (24) hours’ telephonic or email notice by the District Project Manager to Design-Build Entity, to provide such supervision on a temporary basis and to deduct from the sums owing to Design-Build Entity the actual costs of such temporary supervision. Design-Build Entity shall, notwithstanding the District’s providing such temporary supervision, remain solely responsible for all actions and omissions of its personnel and of the Subcontractors and Subconsultants who are on the Site.

  • SUPERVISORY PERSONNEL All supervisors and foremen shall be excluded from the bargaining unit and will not perform any work which falls within the scope of this Agreement. When supervisors and foremen are appointed, a notice to that effect will be posted and maintained on a bulletin board.

  • Replacement of Key Personnel The Engineer must notify the State in writing as soon as possible, but no later than three business days after a project manager or other key personnel is removed from association with this contract, giving the reason for removal.

  • Qualified Personnel Contractor shall utilize only competent personnel under the supervision of, and in the employment of, Contractor (or Contractor’s authorized subcontractors) to perform the Services. Contractor will comply with City’s reasonable requests regarding assignment and/or removal of personnel, but all personnel, including those assigned at City’s request, must be supervised by Contractor.   • Payroll Errors a. This provision applies when the Director of Personnel Services determines that an error has been made in relation to the base salary, overtime cash payment, or paid leave accruals, balances, or usage. In such cases the County shall, for purposes of future compensation, adjust such compensation to the correct amount. The Director also shall give written notice to the employee.

  • PROVIDER PERSONNEL 9.1 The Department and Provider agree and acknowledge that in the event of the Provider ceasing to provide the Services or part of them for any reason, Clause 25 (Re-Provision of the Services) of the Agreement will apply.
