SUPPLY CHARACTERISTICS. Except as set out in paragraph 2 below, the characteristics of the connection(s) shall be as follows: (a) Characteristics of supply: (i) Number of Phases [enter number] (ii) Current [alternating current] (iii) Voltage [Enter Statutory Voltage kV ± 6% / +10%/-6%] (iv) Frequency [50 Hertz ± 1%] (b) Connection Point(s): either (i) where connection is provided from the Company’s final cut-out fuse, isolator, switch, metering switch fuse, HV metering unit or metering circuit breaker, unless otherwise stated in this Bespoke Connection Agreement the Connection Points are the outgoing terminals of the Company’s final cut-out fuse, isolator, switch, metering switch fuse or metering circuit breaker, or (ii) where the Company’s electric lines connect directly to a Customer’s intake isolator, switch, metering switch fuse or metering circuit breaker, unless otherwise stated in this Bespoke Connection Agreement the Connection Points are the incoming terminals of the Customer’s intake isolator, switch, metering switch fuse or metering circuit breaker, and, for the avoidance of doubt, the Connection Points may be remote from the Customer’s Installation where third party electric lines and/or electric plant provide the intermediate electrical connection from the Company’s Distribution System to the Customer’s Installation.

SUPPLY CHARACTERISTICS. You acknowledge: (i) the CTGM Water is Raw Water and is not warranted nor represented to be of any particular volume, quality, quantity, pressure or to be provided as a continu- ous flow; (ii) the CTGM Water supplied under this Agreement has not been treated at our wa- ter treatment plant and is therefore not intended for human consumption as it does not meet the requirements under the ADWG for Drinking Water; (iii) subject to any special conditions in Schedule 1 you agree to use the CTGM Wa- ter only for such things as: (A) toilet flushing (B) laundry use; (C) car washing; (D) external uses; and (E) fire fighting purposes. (iv) the CTGM Water supplied under this Agreement is supplied from the CTGM, a bulk water supply main that provides Raw Water from Chichester Dam to Dungog water treatment plant. Continuous supply of CTGM Water to your Prop- erty may be interrupted in order for Hunter Water to undertake inspection or maintenance to the CTGM to ensure continued supply to the water treatment plant; (v) the CTGM Water requires further treatment to make the CTGM Water fit for hu- man consumption which is your responsibility, and is not the responsibility of Hunter Water. (vi) testing of the CTGM Water is not conducted on a real time basis. Hunter Water will publish the results of any testing which may affect the use of the CTGM Wa- ter on our public website. You must comply with any notification provided by Hunter Water in respect of the CTGM Water under this Agreement.

SUPPLY CHARACTERISTICS. The electricity delivered to the Premises will normally be at the voltages set out below: 20.1. connection voltage and permitted variations: at 400/230, 460/230 and 230 volts, plus 10% or minus 6%; 20.2. number of phases of supply; at 400/230 volts, three; at 460/230 volts and 230 volts, one; and 20.3. frequency of supply and permitted variations; at all voltage levels, 50 hertz, plus or minus 1%.

  • Characteristics The Contracts have the following characteristics: (i) all the Contracts are secured by Motorcycles; (ii) no Contract has a remaining maturity of more than 84 months; and (iii) the final scheduled payment on the Contract with the latest maturity is due no later than July 27, 2030. Approximately 63.90% of the Pool Balance as of the Cutoff Date is attributable to loans for purchases of new Motorcycles and approximately 36.10% is attributable to loans for purchases of used Motorcycles. No Contract was originated after the Cutoff Date. No Contract has a Contract Rate less than 0.010%.

  • Pool Characteristics The Mortgage Loans in the related Mortgage Loan Package have the characteristics as set forth on Exhibit 2 to the related Assignment and Conveyance.

  • ODUF Physical File Characteristics 6.2.1 ODUF will be distributed to TWTC via Secure File Transfer Protocol (FTP). The ODUF feed will be a variable block format. The data on the ODUF feed will be in a non-compacted EMI format (175 byte format plus modules). It will be created on a daily basis Monday through Friday except holidays. Details such as dataset name and delivery schedule will be addressed during negotiations of the distribution medium. There will be a maximum of one dataset per workday per OCN. If AT&T determines the Secure FTP Mailbox is nearing capacity levels, AT&T may move the customer to CONNECT: Direct file delivery. 6.2.2 If the customer is moved, CONNECT: Direct data circuits (private line or dial-up) will be required between AT&T and TWTC for the purpose of data transmission. Where a dedicated line is required, TWTC will be responsible for ordering the circuit, overseeing its installation and coordinating the installation with AT&T. TWTC will also be responsible for any charges associated with this line. Equipment required on the AT&T end to attach the line to the mainframe computer and to transmit messages successfully on an ongoing basis will be negotiated on an individual case basis. Any costs incurred for such equipment will be TWTC's responsibility. Where a dial-up facility is required, dial circuits will be installed in the AT&T data center by AT&T and the associated charges assessed to TWTC. Additionally, all message toll charges associated with the use of the dial circuit by TWTC will be the responsibility of TWTC. Associated equipment on the AT&T end, including a modem, will be negotiated on an individual case basis between the Parties. All equipment, including modems and software, that is required on TWTC end for the purpose of data transmission will be the responsibility of TWTC. 6.2.3 If TWTC utilizes FTP for data file transmission, purchase of the FTP software will be the responsibility of TWTC.

  • Individual Characteristics Each Receivable has the following individual characteristics as of the Cut-Off Date: (i) each Receivable is secured by a new or used automobile, minivan or sport utility vehicle; (ii) each Receivable has an APR of no less than 0.00% and not more than 13.94; (iii) each Receivable had an original term to maturity of not more than 72 months and not less than 18 months and each Receivable has a remaining term to maturity, as of the Cut-Off Date, of 12 months or more; (iv) each Receivable has an Outstanding Principal Balance as of the Cut-Off Date of greater than or equal to $2,394.67; (v) no Receivable has a scheduled maturity date later than October 7, 2020; (vi) no Receivable was more than 30 days past due as of the Cut-Off Date; (vii) as of the Cut-off Date, no Receivable was noted in the records of VCI or the Servicer as being the subject of any pending bankruptcy or insolvency proceeding; (viii) no Receivable is subject to a force-placed Insurance Policy on the related Financed Vehicle; (ix) each Receivable is a Simple Interest Receivable; (x) each of the Receivables were selected using selection procedures that were not known or intended by VCI or the Servicer to be adverse to the Purchaser; and (xi) the Dealer of the Financed Vehicle has no participation in, or other right to receive, any proceeds of such Receivable.

  • Physical File Characteristics 7.2.1 The EODUF feed will be distributed to Comcast Phone over their existing Optional Daily Usage File (ODUF) feed. The EODUF messages will be intermingled among Comcast Phone’s Optional Daily Usage File (ODUF) messages. The EODUF will be a variable block format (2476) with an LRECL of 2472. The data on the EODUF will be in a non-compacted EMI format (175 byte format plus modules). It will be created on a daily basis (Monday through Friday except holidays). 7.2.2 Data circuits (private line or dial-up) may be required between BellSouth and Comcast Phone for the purpose of data transmission. Where a dedicated line is required, Comcast Phone will be responsible for ordering the circuit, overseeing its installation and coordinating the installation with BellSouth. Comcast Phone will also be responsible for any charges associated with this line. Equipment required on the BellSouth end to attach the line to the mainframe computer and to transmit successfully ongoing will be negotiated on an individual case basis. Where a dial-up facility is required, dial circuits will be installed in the BellSouth data center by BellSouth and the associated charges assessed to Comcast Phone. Additionally, all message toll charges associated with the use of the dial circuit by Comcast Phone will be the responsibility of Comcast Phone. Associated equipment on the BellSouth end, including a modem, will be negotiated on an individual case basis between the Parties.   • Mortgage Loan Characteristics The characteristics of the related Mortgage Loan Package are as set forth on the description of the pool characteristics for the applicable Mortgage Loan Package delivered pursuant to Section 11 on the related Closing Date in the form attached as Exhibit B to each related Assignment and Conveyance Agreement;

  • Quality All products will be new and unused. All products provided by the Contractor must meet all federal, state, and local standards for quality and safety requirements. Products not meeting the requirements of this section will be deemed unacceptable and returned to the Contractor for credit at no charge to the State.

  • Product Quality (a) Tesoro warrants that all Products delivered under this Agreement or any Purchaser Order shall meet the latest applicable pipeline specifications or otherwise mutually agreed upon specifications for that Product upon receipt at the applicable Terminal and contain no deleterious substances or concentrations of any contaminants that may make it or its components commercially unacceptable in general industry application. Tesoro shall not deliver to any of the Terminals any Products which: (i) would in any way be injurious to any of the Terminals; (ii) would render any of the Terminals unfit for the proper storage of similar Products; (iii) would contaminate or otherwise downgrade the quality of the Products stored in commingled storage; (iv) may not be lawfully stored at the Terminals; or (v) otherwise do not meet applicable Product specifications for such Product that are customary in the location of the Terminal. If, however, there are Products that do not have such applicable specifications, the specifications shall be mutually agreed upon by the Parties. Should Tesoro’s commingled Products not meet or exceed the minimum quality standards set forth in this Agreement or any applicable Terminal Service Order, Tesoro shall be liable for all loss, damage and cost incurred thereby, including damage to Products of third parties commingled with Tesoro’s unfit Products. (b) TLO shall have the right to store compatible Products received for Tesoro’s account with Products belonging to TLO or third parties in TLO’s commingled storage tanks. TLO shall handle Tesoro’s fungible Products in accordance with TLO’s prevailing practices and procedures for handling such Products. The quality of all Products tendered into commingled storage for Tesoro’s account shall be verified either by Tesoro’s refinery analysis or supplier’s certification, such that Products so tendered shall meet TLO’s Product specifications. All costs for such analysis shall be borne solely by Tesoro. TLO shall have the right to sample any Product tendered to the Terminals hereunder. The cost of such sampling shall be borne solely by TLO. All Products returned to Tesoro shall meet or exceed Product specifications in effect on the date the Products are delivered to Tesoro. Notwithstanding any other provision herein, any and all Products that leave the Terminals shall meet all relevant ASTM, EPA, federal and state specifications, and shall not leave the Terminals in the form of a sub-octane grade Product. (c) TLO shall exercise reasonable care to ensure that all Products delivered by third parties into commingled storage with Tesoro’s Products meet applicable Product specifications for such Product that are customary in the location of the Terminal. In the event that Tesoro’s Products are commingled with third-party Products that do not meet or exceed the minimum quality standards set forth in this Agreement or any Terminal Service Order, TLO shall be liable for all loss, damage and cost incurred thereby.

  • Components Patheon will purchase and test all Components (with the exception of Client-Supplied Components) at Patheon’s expense and as required by the Specifications.
