Supply of Samples Sample Clauses

Supply of Samples. Product samples shall be provided at no charge to Auxilium for use in post-market clinical trials and for selected use as commercial samples for dispensing to patients by an appropriate health care provider, but in no event for direct distribution to patients. The number of Product samples to be provided to Auxilium shall be set forth in the Supply Agreement.

Supply of Samples. The Contractor shall supply at his own cost samples of materials or goods, before incorporation into the Works for selection or testing as described in the Contract or required by the Superintending Officer in accordance with the provisions of the Contract. Unless otherwise provided in the Contract, all samples shall be supplied or prepared by the Contractor at his own cost.

Supply of Samples. Upon Company’s request, and at no cost to Company, Manufacturer will provide Company or its designees with samples of API, reasonable quantities of any non-compendial or not commercially available reference standards and impurities necessary to perform the tests included in the Specification, with certificates of analysis for testing purposes.

Supply of Samples. As part of the limited license granted in Section 4.1, Geisinger will provide the Samples and Clinical Content to Interleukin in accordance with procedures set forth in the Protocol and within fifteen (15) days after the later of the Effective Date or receipt by Geisinger of the First Installment of the Overall Payment, as provided in Section 6.2(a). Unless otherwise mutually agreed by the Parties, prior to providing the Samples, Geisinger shall test, or cause to be tested, such Samples in order to determine whether such Samples are Usable Samples in the Study as contemplated by the Protocol. For each Sample shipment, Geisinger shall prepare and submit to Interleukin a certificate of analysis, in form and containing such content as is mutually agreeable to the Parties, that identifies the test methods and test results used by Geisinger to confirm that the Samples are Usable Samples (each, a “Certificate of Analysis” identified in Exhibit 2).

Supply of Samples. UHOL shall provide to MPAG the patient samples as further described in Section 6 below.
