If You purchase Support Services for a Product, then You shall purchase Support Services for all licenses and copies of such Product. You may not use or access support services (i) for a software product not covered in a then-current Order, or (ii) for a Product not covered by a then-current paid Actian support plan. You may not use or access support services for the benefit of a third party, or provide access to or permit use of support services by a third party.

SUPPORT AND ADDITIONAL SERVICES. ‌ 3.1 Varonis shall provide Subscriber with Support Services in connection with the Subscription Services, all subject to the terms of this Agreement and Varonis’ standard support principles, as may be updated by Varonis from time to time (“SLA”). 3.2 Varonis may provide Subscriber, from time to time, with certain Additional Services. Unless otherwise acknowledged or agreed by the parties on a case-by-case basis, all Additional Services shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.‌

SUPPORT AND ADDITIONAL SERVICES. 8.1 During the Term, Quotec will, subject to the User’s Subscription Level, provide the following support services as part of the Services: (a) support for day to day operation of the Services by the User; (b) reasonably requested configuration changes; and (c) outage management. 8.2 Where the User requires Quotec to perform services that are additional to the services being provided by Quotec under these Terms including but not limited to the supply of Goods to the User (called Additional Services), any Additional Services will be provided by Quotec: (a) as agreed between Quotec and the User in writing; (b) at Quotec’s current charge rates for the provision of such Additional Services; and (c) on the same terms and conditions as set out in this Agreement (as applicable) unless agreed otherwise.

Customer acknowledges and agrees that GYTPOL may from time to time, during the Subscription Term, develop generally-available bug fixes, patches (“Updates”) which may either (i) remotely and automatically update and maintain the Platform components (including if installed on Customer’s premises); or (ii) require manual installation by GYTPOL (via wireless connection or on premises visit), and in such case, Customer agrees to facilitate such installation in accordance with GYTPOL's instructions, and GYTPOL shall have no responsibility, obligation, or liability of any kind whatsoever in respect of versions of the Platform that are not updated in accordance with the foregoing. s 6.2 GYTPOL may provide Customer, from time to time, with certain additional services as shall be mutually agreed by the parties on a case-by-case basis. 6.3 In the event Customer wishes to receive any additional services from GYTPOL which are not included in the SLA, such as installation, deployment, configuration, customization, integration, training, or other professional services (“Professional Services”) Customer shall request same from GYTPOL in writing, and, subject to GYTPOL's agreement in its sole discretion, such Professional Services shall be set out in sequential Order Form to this Agreement, as shall be negotiated and executed by. Professional Services shall be charged in accordance with the fees and payment terms specified within the applicable Order Form. Each such additional Order Form is hereby deemed incorporated into this Agreement by reference. To the extent of any conflict between the main body of this Agreement and a respective Order Form, the former shall prevail, unless and to the extent that the Order Form expressly states otherwise.

  • Additional Services Registry Operator shall be entitled to provide the Registry Services described in clauses (a) and (b) of the first paragraph of Section 2.1 in the Specification 6 attached hereto (“Specification 6”) and such other Registry Services set forth on Exhibit A (collectively, the “Approved Services”). If Registry Operator desires to provide any Registry Service that is not an Approved Service or is a material modification to an Approved Service (each, an “Additional Service”), Registry Operator shall submit a request for approval of such Additional Service pursuant to the Registry Services Evaluation Policy at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/en/registries/rsep/rsep.html, as such policy may be amended from time to time in accordance with the bylaws of ICANN (as amended from time to time, the “ICANN Bylaws”) applicable to Consensus Policies (the “RSEP”). Registry Operator may offer Additional Services only with the written approval of ICANN, and, upon any such approval, such Additional Services shall be deemed Registry Services under this Agreement. In its reasonable discretion, ICANN may require an amendment to this Agreement reflecting the provision of any Additional Service which is approved pursuant to the RSEP, which amendment shall be in a form reasonably acceptable to the parties.

  • Educational Services Any service or supply for education, training or retraining services or testing including: special education, remedial education; cognitive remediation; wilderness/outdoor treatment, therapy or adventure programs (whether or not the program is part of a Residential Treatment facility or otherwise licensed institution); job training or job hardening programs; educational services and schooling or any such related or similar program including therapeutic programs within a school setting.
