Support Fee. There shall be no fees for Support Services during the Initial Term. 1. Licensee agrees to publicly announce the licensing of Licensor's Products through a joint press release (or in its own press release after receiving Licensor's approval) within 30 days after the announcement of the first Licensee Product.
Support Fee. The following language shall be added to Paragraph 2 of Schedule 3.2 of the Selling Agreement: For PrimElite II Products sold on or after December 7, 2007, the Support Fee shall equal:
a. an amount paid to Distributor within the first thirty (30) days following the commencement of the 5th contract year equal to the Daily Average Assets over the first four (4) contract years (i.e. the sum of the daily total net assets (as measured at the close of each business day) in the separate accounts of PrimElite II Products for the first four (4) contract years divided by the total number of days in the first four (4) contract years):
(i) multiplied by the Applicable Rate; and then
(ii) multiplied by 4.
b. amounts paid to Distributor on a monthly basis within thirty (30) days of the end of each month, calculated by: (i) multiplying the Daily Average of Assets within a given month, for all abovementioned contracts in the 5th contract year and beyond:
(i) multiplied by the Applicable Rate; then
(ii) multiplied by the total number of calendar days within the given month; and then
(iii) divided by the total number of calendar days in the years.
Support Fee. End user shall make payment of support fees according to a written quotation provided by Licensor (or provided by an authorized third party, such as the supplier of the hardware on which the Kaminario Software is installed or an authorized Kaminario reseller) (the “Support Fees”). The Support Fees are non-refundable, and no portion thereof shall be returned if this Agreement is terminated prior to end of the applicable support period.
Support Fee. The then-current list price for the applicable Supported System and the Support Plan Level purchased. Support Fees for any Renewal Terms are subject to change based on Nagios Enterprises' then-current pricing in effect; however, in no event will a Support Fee for a Supported System at the same Support Plan Level during any Renewal Term increase by more than 7% over the Initial Term or any preceding Renewal Term without Nagios Enterprises providing Customer with at least sixty (60) days notice prior to the expiration date of the Initial Term or the then-current Renewal Term. All Support Fees are due annually in advance of the term covered.
Support Fee a) First 30 days Development Support. Licensor will provide any requested support services from Licensee's development engineers involved in the work contemplated under this Agreement to Licensee [†] following the Effective Date of this agreement.

Support Fee. Basic support as per Section 10 (Support) is provided at no additional charge. Any additional support ordered by the Customer will be subject to a support fee agreed between the Parties.
