Restructuring 24.1 In the event that all or part of the work undertaken by the employee will be affected by the employer entering into an arrangement whereby a new employer will undertake the work currently undertaken by the employee, the employer will meet with the employee, providing information about the proposed arrangement and an opportunity for the employee to comment on the proposal, and will consider and respond to their comments. The employee has the right to seek the advice of their union or to have the union act on their behalf.
Local Health Integration Networks and Restructuring In the event of a health service integration with another service provider the Employer and the Union agree to meet.
Land Acquisition and Resettlement 8. The Borrower shall cause NHA to ensure that all land acquisition and resettlement proceed in accordance with applicable laws, and ADB’s Policy on Involuntary Resettlement, as well as in accordance with the framework set out in the agreed upon resettlement plan.

Split Transactions You can instruct a merchant to charge your Card for part of a purchase and pay any remaining amount with cash or another card. If you wish to conduct a split transaction, you must tell the merchant the exact amount you would like charged to your Card. PURPOSE AND RECOGNITION 1.01 The general purpose of this Agreement is to establish mutually satisfactory employment relations between the Employer and the Union. Grantor Recognition Subrecipient shall insure recognition of the role of the County in providing services through this Contract. All activities, facilities and items utilized pursuant to this Contract shall be prominently labeled as to funding source. In addition, Subrecipient will include a reference to the support provided herein in all publications made possible with funds made available under this Contract. Subrecipient will retain documentation of such recognition, which shall be available for periodic monitoring by representatives of County or HUD.
