Support Relations i. SRM. Elemica will appoint a Support Relations Manager (SRM) who will be the central contact point for all Support Services. Elemica may change the Support Relations Manager at any time upon written notice to Client. The responsibilities of the Support Services Manager can be: (1) main contact for matters related to the Support Services; (2) manage communication between the Support Services and the Client during an Incident; (3) direct escalations within Elemica based on the Severity Level; (4) provide regular updates through meetings, reports as agreed between client and Elemica; (5) maintain and xxxxxx the relationship between Elemica and the Client with regard to the Services; and (6) assist the Client with standard training and documentation on the Services.

  • LABOUR MANAGEMENT RELATIONS 30.01 A Labour/Management Relations Committee shall be appointed, consisting of a maximum of two (2) Shop Stewards from the Union, and a maximum of two (2) representatives from the Co-operative. The full-time Union Representative may also attend these meetings from time to time. The Committee shall meet at the request of either party, for the purpose of discussing matters of mutual concern. Time spent by bargaining unit employees in carrying out the functions of this Committee shall be considered as time worked and shall be paid for by the Co-operative. The Committee shall not have jurisdiction to interpret and/or amend the Collective Agreement.

  • Union Management Relations 4.1 All collective bargaining with respect to hours and general working conditions shall be conducted by authorized representatives of the Union and authorized representatives of the Employer.

  • Media Relations 7.1 Elected officers or appointed committee chairpersons of the Union shall be allowed to speak or comment to the media while on duty provided they change into civilian clothes and provided further, that they do not purport to represent the views of the Department. The Chief's office shall be informed in advance, whenever possible, of such contact with the media. No member shall leave their duty or work station without specific prior approval of the Chief of the Department or authorized management official. Approval shall include consideration of the operating needs and work schedules of the Department or division to which the member is assigned.

  • Labor/Management Relations Section 9.1 Representatives of the Union, not to exceed five (5) in number including at least one (1) representative of each shift, and representatives of the Employer, shall meet at least quarterly at mutually agreed upon times for up to two (2) hours to discuss matters of mutual concern relating to the interpretation, application, or administration of this Agreement and existing work rules which affect the members of the bargaining unit.   • Support Contacts For the Software Subscriptions, you may contact Red Hat through your designated Support Contacts. You may designate up to the number of contacts described in Table 2.8 below based on the number of Standard and Premium Software Subscriptions you have purchased (other than for Academic Edition Customers with Campus Wide Subscriptions*). We will provide Subscription Services to you solely by communicating during the Hours of Coverage with the individual Support Contact(s) you appoint. For Premium Support, in order to receive 24x7 coverage for Severity 1 and 2 issues, you must provide a dedicated point of contact who will be available until the issue is resolved. You may change your designated Support Contacts by notifying us in writing and giving us five business days to process the change.   • MANAGEMENT GRIEVANCES 8.01 It is understood that the Management may at any time file a grievance with the staff representative of the Union and request a meeting with him to discuss any complaint with respect to the conduct of the Union, its officers or committee member, in its relationships with the Company or other employees or with respect to any complaint that there has been a violation of any contractual obligation undertaken by the Union, and that if such grievance by the Management is not settled to the mutual satisfaction of the conferring parties it may be referred to arbitration as set forth in Article VII above.
