Infrastructure Software definition

Infrastructure Software means the Seller’s time tracking software, call logging software, and internally used third party financial, network related and desktop software products, as listed on Schedule 1.01(b).
Infrastructure Software means the Software listed under the heading "Infrastructure Software" in Schedule A for which the Enterprise has acquired the right to use under this Agreement in machine-readable object code form only and associated documentation.
Infrastructure Software means any software necessary for the operation of the Software and shall include, as may be necessary according to the characteristics of the Software, database management software, application server software, workflow and / or business process management software and any other such software on server equipment and client devices but excluding operating system software.

  • A Red Hat Enterprise Linux Software Subscription is bundled with the Red Hat Cloud Infrastructure Software Subscription and the fees are based on the Use Cases described below.

More Definitions of Infrastructure Software

Infrastructure Software means software and/or services provided by You that are required to operate, monitor, manage, support and deploy Software.
Infrastructure Software means System Software (including the supporting documentation, media, on-line help facilities, tutorials and embedded application developer tools) the primary purpose of which is to operate, monitor or control an IT environment. Infrastructure Software includes systems utilities (including measuring and monitoring tools), data security software and telecommunications monitors.
Infrastructure Software means software and/or services provided by Customer that are required to operate, monitor, manage, support, and deploy Beta Feature. Backend Services” means a service or services provided by Customer acting as middleware providing connectivity from Customer’s platform to third-party cloud-based services via application programming interfaces (APIs).
Infrastructure Software shall have the meaning provided in Section 4.2 of Exhibit A-3 (Element Definitions). Infrastructure Software is a sub-category of System Software.
Infrastructure Software means the Software listed under the heading “Infrastructure Software” in Schedule A for which the Enterprise has acquired the right to use under this Agreement in machine-readable object code form only and associated documentation.

Related to Infrastructure Software

  • SAP Group Software means (i) any and all software products listed on the Price List as well as any SAP SDK which are provided by SAP or any other member of the SAP Group to Partner or to an End User (either directly or indirectly via Partner) under any part of this Agreement all as developed by or for the SAP Group; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to Maintenance Services or warranty obligation by any member of the SAP Group; and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.

  • Software means (a) all computer programs, including source code and object code versions, (b) all data, databases and compilations of data, whether machine readable or otherwise, and (c) all documentation, training materials and configurations related to any of the foregoing.

  • Computer Hardware and Software means, with respect to any Debtor, all of such Debtor's rights (including rights as licensee and lessee) with respect to (i) computer and other electronic data processing hardware, including all integrated computer systems, central processing units, memory units, display terminals, printers, computer elements, card readers, tape drives, hard and soft disk drives, cables, electrical supply hardware, generators, power equalizers, accessories, peripheral devices and other related computer hardware; (ii) all software programs designed for use on the computers and electronic data processing hardware described in clause (i) above, including all operating system software, utilities and application programs in whatsoever form (source code and object code in magnetic tape, disk or hard copy format or any other listings whatsoever); (iii) any firmware associated with any of the foregoing; and (iv) any documentation for hardware, software and firmware described in clauses (i), (ii) and (iii) above, including flow charts, logic diagrams, manuals, specifications, training materials, charts and pseudo codes.

  • Business Software means with respect to a Licensor, all Software to the extent Controlled by such Licensor or any of its Affiliates as of the Effective Date, which Software is reasonably required as of the Effective Date for the conduct of (i) the Agriculture Business if the Licensee is AgCo, including as listed on section (i) of Schedule Q, or (ii) the Materials Science Business if the Licensee is MatCo, including as listed on section (ii) of Schedule Q, in each case (in respect of the foregoing (i) and (ii)), only if and to the extent such Licensee and its Affiliates have not been granted a license or other rights to use such Software under the Separation Agreement or any other Ancillary Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Business Software expressly excludes any and all Excluded IP.

  • System Software means Software that provides the operating and management instructions for the underlying hardware and other components, and is identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Systems Software. Such System Software includes, but is not restricted to, micro-code embedded in hardware (i.e., “firmware”), operating systems, communications, system and network management, and utility software.

  • SAP Software means: (i) any and all software products and Cloud Services licensed to Customer under the License Agreement as specified in software order forms or Cloud Service Order Forms (or other order forms, schedules or appendices as applicable) thereto; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to the respective support agreement or warranty obligation and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.

  • Infrastructure means infrastructure serving the County and improved or unimproved real estate and personal property, including machinery and equipment, used in the operation of the Project, within the meaning of Section 4-29-68 of the Code.

  • Embedded Software means one or more software applications which permanently reside on a computing device.

  • Operating Software means those routines, whether or not identified as Program Products, that reside in the Equipment and are required for the Equipment to perform its intended function(s), and which interface the operator, other Contractor-supplied programs, and user programs to the Equipment.

  • Commercial Software means Software developed or regularly used that: (i) has been sold, leased, or licensed to the general public; (ii) has been offered for sale, lease, or license to the general public; (iii) has not been offered, sold, leased, or licensed to the public but will be available for commercial sale, lease, or license in time to satisfy the delivery requirements of this Contract; or (iv) satisfies a criterion expressed in (i), (ii), or (iii) above and would require only minor modifications to meet the requirements of this Contract.

  • Hardware means all mainframes, midrange computers, personal computers, notebooks, servers, switches, printers, modems, drives, peripherals and any component of any of the foregoing.

  • Developed Software means software specifically designed for the Principal under the Contract. Depending how advanced its development is, it may be either a Product or a Service or both.

  • Client Software means software that allows a Device to access or utilize the services or functionality provided by the Server Software.

  • Computer System means (1) computers with related peripheral components, including storage components, (2) systems and applications software, (3) terminal devices, (4) related communications networks or customer communication systems, and (5) related electronic funds transfer systems; by which data or monies are electronically collected, transmitted, processed, stored or retrieved.

  • Standard Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Standard Software.

  • Hosted Software means the software owned and controlled by Vendor or Vendor’s third-party contractor that supports the Hosted Software Services.

  • Computer Systems means any of, or combination of, computer software, computer hardware (whether general or special purpose), information technology systems, applications, cloud-based storage platforms and systems, telecommunications capabilities (including voice, data or video networks), and other similar or related items of any automated, computerized or software system and any other network or system or related service that is owned, controlled, licensed, leased, operated, used, or held for use by the Borrower or any of its Affiliates or Subsidiaries in the conduct of its or their business.

  • Authority Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Authority, including software which is, or will be used by the Contractor for the purpose of providing the Services but excluding the Contractor Software.

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer;

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier or its Affiliates which is used or supplied by the Supplier in the provision of the Services; Supplier Staff means all persons employed or engaged by the Supplier together with the Supplier's servants, agents, suppliers, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, suppliers and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Contract; Time and Materials means the pricing mechanism for the Services as may be agreed by the Parties and set out at paragraph Error: Reference source not found in the SOW; TUPE means the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (SI 2006/246) as amended or replaced or any other regulations or UK legislation implementing the Acquired Rights Directive; Velocity means the Metric which measures the total number of Story Points for Stories that have been accepted in a Sprint, indicating the rate of progress towards Acceptance of all Stories from the Product Backlog;

  • Font Software means the software provided by Branding with Type which, when used on an appropriate Device or Devices, generates typeface and typographic designs and ornaments. Font Software shall include all bitmap representations of typeface and typographic designs and ornaments created by or derived from the Font Software. Font Software includes upgrades, updates, related files, permitted copies, permitted conversions, and related documentation.

  • Company Software means Software owned or purported to be owned by or developed by or for the Company or any Company Subsidiary.
