Common use of Surveillance Equipment Clause in Contracts

Surveillance Equipment. 20.7.1 Surveillance equipment may be installed by the University to protect critical areas from theft, and/or to enhance the personal safety of Members. 20.7.2 Surveillance equipment will not be used in Member-occupied areas during working hours without the knowledge of the Members in the area and the Association. 20.7.3 The University will not use surveillance equipment, or any evidence from that surveillance, to monitor or discipline Members for work performance.
