Survivor Dependents Benefits. Survivor dependents of eligible employees or retirees shall be entitled to continue receiving the retiree insurance contribution. The benefit to survivor dependents shall be calculated as provided in Article 8.11 (a).

The benefit to survivor dependents shall be calculated determined as provided in Article 8.11 (a)Section 8.8. “Eligible dependent,” as used in this Section, is defined as a dependent who was and remains eligible to be enrolled on the employee or retiree’s benefit plan at the time of the employee or retiree’s death.
