Pension Plan Participation in the Pension Plan is a condition of employment. Employees shall make the required contributions by payroll deductions as set from time to time and employer pension contributions shall be set at of the employee contributions. The joint contributions will be used to fund the existing obligations of the Pension Plan and any updates and improvements to the Plan agreed upon between the parties.
