Suspension of Use. 12. (a) The User will be bound, at any time there is a demand from the Authority to vacate the Premises or any part thereof, by reason of security or operational reasons - to vacate such Premises and remove all its equipment therefrom. The Appendix will be deemed to have been temporarily or partially suspended upon such demand being delivered to the User until notice given by the Authority is received regarding the resumption of the performance thereof.
Suspension of Use. In the event that, in the reasonable judgment of Parent (after consultation with outside counsel), it is advisable to suspend use by the Holders of the Registration Statement because Parent is conducting negotiations for a material business combination or due to pending material developments or events that have not yet been publicly disclosed and as to which Parent believes public disclosure will be prejudicial to Parent, Parent shall deliver to the Holders notice in writing to the effect of the foregoing, and Parent may suspend the effectiveness of the Registration Statement for up to 30 consecutive days (a “Suspension Period”) in any 90-day period. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the aggregate duration of any Suspension Period shall not exceed 90 days in any 365-day period. Upon receipt of such notification, the Holders will immediately suspend all offers and Transfers of any Registrable Securities pursuant to the Registration Statement until the earlier of (i) the expiration of such Suspension Period or (ii) such time as Parent notifies the Holders in writing that such Suspension Period is ended. Parent will use its reasonable efforts to ensure that the Registration Statement may be used as promptly as practicable after the expiration of the Suspension Period.
Suspension of Use. Each Holder agrees that, upon receipt of any written notice from the Company of the occurrence of any event of the kind described in Section 6.1(x), such Holder will forthwith discontinue the disposition of its Registrable Securities pursuant to the Offering Document until such Holder’s receipt of the copies of the supplemented or amended prospectus or Offering Document.

Upon cancellation of the Hawk Card privileges, the Hawk Card must be cut in half and destroyed. You agree not to use or attempt to use an expired, revoked or otherwise invalid Hawk Card. You agree to surrender the Hawk Card to Us upon request. We reserve the right to assess an account closing fee.

CAS and Service Providers, in their sole and absolute discretion, may limit, suspend or cancel Your use of the CobyCard and/or Coby Flex Points, CobyCash & Downtown Dollars account. CAS may refuse to issue a CobyCard or may revoke the CobyCard privileges with or without cause or notice. The CobyCard at all times remains the property of CAS “SUNY Cobleskill Aux. Svc.” and may be repossessed by CAS at any time. If You would like to cancel use of the CobyCard, Coby Flex Points, CobyCash or Downtown Dollars accounts, You may do so by contacting the SUNY Cobleskill Aux. Svc. in writing at CobyCard Office, 000 Xxxxx Xxxx, Suffolk Circle, Cobleskill, NY, 12043. Upon cancellation of the CobyCard privileges, the CobyCard must be cut in half and destroyed. You agree not to use or attempt to use an expired, revoked or otherwise invalid CobyCard. You agree to surrender the CobyCard to us upon request. We reserve the right to assess an Account Closing Fee.
Suspension of Use. 1. The Subscriber Management Organization acknowledges in advance that, when any of the circumstances listed below arise, Cybertrust may suspend the use of all or a part of the Service, and shall cause the Subscriber and the Relying Party to acknowledge in advance that, when any of the circumstances listed below arise, Cybertrust may suspend the use of all or a part of the Service:
Suspension of Use. (a) For Operational Reasons. We may immediately and temporarily suspend Your (or any User’s) access to and use of the affected portion or functionality of an applicable Solution due to an operational problem relating to use of the Solution that is, in Newgen's reasonable determination, preventing or impeding Your use of the Solution or otherwise interfering with or jeopardizing the integrity, operations or security of the Solutions, Newgen's network or systems, or any third-party systems with which the Solutions are interconnected (e.g., if a User uploads a corrupted file, or if initiation or use of a Customer-developed workflow impairs use of the Solution). Any such suspension shall be only to the extent, and only for as long, as is reasonably necessary for Newgen to resolve the issue. In such an event, Newgen shall promptly notify You of the suspension, explaining the reasons therefor, which notice may be given via email or telephone, and the Parties shall diligently cooperate and work together in good faith to resolve the issue and restore Your and all Users' full use of the Solutions, as soon as reasonably practicable.

Bloomfield College and Service Providers, in their sole and absolute discretion, may limit, suspend or cancel Your use of the ID Card and/or Campus Cash account including suspension and garnishing of accout due to outstanding debt owed to Bloomfield College. Bloomfield College may refuse to issue a ID Card or may revoke the ID Card privileges with or without cause or notice. The ID Card at all times remains the property of Bloomfield College and may be repossessed by Bloomfield College at any time. If You would like to cancel use of the ID Card or Campus Cash accounts, You may do so by contacting the Bloomfield College in writing at Campus Card Service Center, PO Box 1305, Doylestown, PA 18901-0117. Upon cancellation of the ID Card privileges, the ID Card must be cut in half and destroyed. You agree not to use or attempt to use an expired, revoked or otherwise invalid ID Card. You agree to surrender the ID Card to Us upon request. We reserve the right to assess an Account Closing Fee.
Suspension of Use. HQ SACT Innovation Branch is entitled to suspend Users right of use and to revoke this license if it has a credible reason to believe that the Users have misused the HQ SACT Innovation Branch MVP.
