Common use of Swing Shift Clause in Contracts

Swing Shift. Employees who regularly work on a full shift of eight (8) hours or more on swing shift as defined in Section 12.6.1 (Types of Shifts), which includes four (4) hours or more between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 12:00 midnight, shall be paid their regular salary plus seven and one-half percent (7½%) of their monthly salary per month.

Swing Shift. Employees who regularly work on a full shift of eight (8) hours or more on swing shift as defined in Section 12.6.1 14.4.2 (Types of Shifts), which includes four (4) hours or more between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 12:00 midnight, shall be paid their regular salary plus seven and one-half percent (7½%) of their monthly salary per month.

Employees who regularly work on a full shift of eight seven and a half (8) 7½) hours or more on swing shift as defined in Section 12.6.1 12.3.1 (Types of Shifts), which includes more than four (4) hours or more between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 12:00 midnight, shall be paid their regular salary plus seven and one-a half percent (7½%) of their regular monthly salary per month.
