Common use of Swing Shift Clause in Contracts

Swing Shift. (a) The working force on the day shift in manufacturing plants shall alternate with the working force on the afternoon shift on a regular basis as agreed upon by the Company and the Shop Committee. (b) The Company and the Union agree to discuss the extension of the provisions of (a) to the logging operations when requested by either party.
