Shoe Allowance The Employer will provide reimbursement to full-time employees who have completed probation and who are employed in the kitchen and stewarding departments, once per year in the amount of eighty-five dollars ($85.00) and once every two (2) years in the amount of eighty-five dollars ($85.00) for maintenance and banquet houseperson. Employees will receive said amount as long as the shoes are approved by the Employer and as long as the shoes are worn on the job. Payment will be made on or about July 1 upon presentation of proof of purchase.
TIME ALLOWANCE 5.01 (a) An employee having a grievance or complaint, or a potential grievance or complaint, may confer with his Union Xxxxxxx or with Management during his scheduled working hours, and
Site Allowance All new construction and extension/refurbishment work having a project value in excess of $2.0m will attract the then current City of Melbourne Site Allowance.
Per Diem Allowance A per diem allowance of seven dollars and thirty-five cents ($7.35) may be claimed for each twenty-four (24) hour period while away from home.
Meal Allowance A shift worker who works a qualifying shift of eight hours or the rostered shift, whichever is the greater, and who is required to work more than one hour beyond the end of the shift (excluding any break for a meal) shall be paid a meal allowance of $7.95, or, at the option of the employer, be provided with a meal.
Base Rent Lessee shall pay Base Rent and other rent or charges, as the same may be adjusted from time to time, to Lessor in lawful money of the United States, without offset or deduction, on or before the day on which it is due under the terms of this Lease. Base Rent and all other rent and charges for any period during the term hereof which is for less than one full month shall be prorated based upon the actual number of days of the month involved. Payment of Base Rent and other charges shall be made to Lessor at its address stated herein or to such other persons or at such other addresses as Lessor may from time to time designate in writing to Lessee.
Parking Space The address required to find and physically park the Lessee’s vehicle is mandatory for this agreement to be valid. Section II. Term (7)
Shift Allowance In addition to the wage specified in sub-clause (1), read with sub- clause (12), a normal shift worker shall, in respect of his shift hours worked in any week, be paid an additional 12,5% on such wage.
