System Malfunction. You will not attempt to make a Transaction when the Internet Banking system informs you (or other circumstances give you a reason to believe) that the system is closed or is not operating properly due to a technical malfunction or is unable to initiate the desired Transaction.

Compliance with Law. You will use Home Banking and Tower Talk 24 for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.

In the event the "Click2Enter" access control system malfunctions or is deactivated or the gate is for any other reason rendered inoperable, the Hawaii Police Department shall be notified immediately and shall be notified again once the problem has been addressed.
