TABLETOP EXHIBITS. All sponsors who choose to exhibit in a tabletop space must agree to all of the following: This is a tabletop-only exhibit. Pop-up displays are prohibited. Exhibit package includes a standard flat-top, six- foot, draped display table, two chairs, a wastebasket, and an identification sign. All exhibit materials must fit into the allotted individual exhibit space. No sponsor may sublet, assign, or apportion any part of the space allotted. The purposes of the exhibit are to inform and educate conference attendees regarding characteristics and uses of products and services. No surveys, research, or other forms of data gathering, whether conducted with the intent to announce or publish the results of such survey or data gathering, either during or after the conference, may take place in the exhibit area or at the conference without prior written approval from ICI. Microphones, loudspeakers, or other amplifying devices may not be used without the consent of ICI. The exhibit area will not be guarded at any time during the conference. Valuables (especially laptop computers) should not be left unattended. Exhibitor representative(s) shall be restricted to employees of the exhibiting companies who are actually working at the exhibitor’s table. Exhibit representatives shall wear badge identification furnished by ICI. All tabletop displays must be completely set and in place by 7:00 a.m. on November 5, 2015. Exhibitor shall take due care of the display area and shall be responsible for any and all damage caused by exhibitor to the facility where the conference is held. Off-site storage for display cases and/or boxes is not available. Exhibitor is responsible for storing exhibit materials. Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ICI and the conference facility against any and all claims asserted against, resulting from, imposed upon, incurred, or suffered by ICI and their respective representatives, as a result of exhibitor’s participation in the conference. Exhibitor understands that neither ICI nor the hotel maintains insurance covering the exhibitor’s property and it is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor to obtain such insurance.

  • Character of Exhibits The Exhibitor agrees to display only products or services sold in the regular course of business and as described in this contract. Each exhibit must comply with all applicable laws, codes and ordinances. Exhibits shall be dignified in character and, in the judgment of Show Management, not offensive to the general public. The Show Management reserves the right in its sole discretion to reject and/or remove any exhibit or portion of exhibit not in keeping with this rule or purpose of the show.

  • ATTACHMENTS AND EXHIBITS (a) All attachments to this Agreement are incorporated as if set out fully.

  • LIST OF EXHIBITS List below all exhibits filed as part of this Statement of Eligibility and Qualification.

  • Incorporation of Schedules and Exhibits The schedules, attachments and exhibits referenced in and attached to this Agreement shall be deemed an integral part hereof to the same extent as if written in whole herein. In the event that any inconsistency or conflict exists between the provisions of this Agreement and any schedules, attachments or exhibits attached hereto, the provisions of this Agreement shall supersede the provisions of any such schedules, attachments or exhibits.

  • Exhibits A and B The Services described in Exhibit A and the Schedule of Data in Exhibit B to the DPA satisfy the requirements in SOPPA to include a statement of the product or service being provided to the school by the Provider and a listing of the categories or types of covered information to be provided to the Provider, respectively. EXHIBIT “H” Additional Terms or Modifications Version LEA and Provider agree to the following additional terms and modifications: This is a free text field that the parties can use to add or modify terms in or to the DPA. If there are no additional or modified terms, this field should read “None.”

  • Schedules and Exhibits All of the schedules and exhibits attached to this Agreement shall be deemed incorporated herein by reference.

  • Incorporation of Exhibits The Exhibits attached to this Agreement are incorporated herein and shall be considered a part of this Agreement for all purposes.

  • Annexes, Appendices and Footnotes The annexes, appendices and footnotes to this Agreement constitute an integral part of this Agreement.
