TAKING OF PRIVATE PROPERTY. LANDLORD may assign this LEASE. If assigned, TENANT's obligations shall continue in full force and effect to the new LANDLORD. The new LANDLORD will have all of the rights that the current LANDLORD has under this LEASE. Upon assignment of the LEASE by LANDLORD to another party, LANDLORD is expressly released from all obligations under the LEASE. LANDLORD may transfer this LEASE without obtaining TENANT'S approval.
