TAKING OF PRIVATE PROPERTY. LANDLORD may assign this LEASE. If assigned, TENANT's obligations shall continue in full force and effect to the new LANDLORD. The new LANDLORD will have all of the rights that the current LANDLORD has under this LEASE. TENANT will not rent the UNIT, or any portion of the UNIT, under any short-term stays, including any rental program such as “Airbnb,” “VRBO,” or similar program, and TENANT’s entry into a short-term rental agreement will be cause for termination of this LEASE by LANDLORD.
