Target Restoration Times. The objective of ‘Orange Customer Care’ is to restore functionality as quickly as possible. The time to restore timer starts when the Customer engages Orange Customer Care. Time to restore is the amount of time a Customer is impacted before functionality is restored. Orange Customer Care analysts aim to reach restoration of Customers issue within the following target restoration times.
