TASK 1 – PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND REPORTING. ‌ 2.1.1 Project ManagementThe City will be the lead agency tasked with project management. Ponderay Project Manager Xxxx Xxxxxxxx will lead project oversight and ensure that the project is completed in accordance with this work plan. Financial Compliance Officer Xx Xxxxxx will lead financial management aspects of the project, and ensure compliance with all EPA administrative terms and conditions included in the cooperative agreement award document as well as the EPA general administrative terms and conditions applicable to all EPA grant awards which are incorporated by reference in the award document and that can be found at:
TASK 1 – PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND REPORTING. ‌ 2.1.1 Project Management‌ General cooperative agreement compliance oversight will be necessary, including financial and administrative management of the EPA grant, to ensure all terms and conditions are met and state and federal regulations are being followed. The lead for this task will be MCEDD. Activities will be ongoing throughout the project and include: o Completion of the award agreement. o Regular coordination with EPA, the project team, and advisory committee in meetings and via email. o Regular outreach to the community via meetings and written materials.

  • Monitoring and Reporting The Programme Operator shall monitor, record and report on progress towards the programme’s outcomes in accordance with the provisions contained in the legal framework. The Programme Operator shall ensure that suitable and sufficient monitoring and reporting arrangements are made with the project promoters in order to enable the Programme Operator and the National Focal Point to meet its obligations to the Donors. When reporting on progress achieved in Annual and Final Programme Reports, the Programme Operator shall disaggregate results achieved as appropriate and in accordance with instructions received from the FMO.

  • Project Management and Coordination The Engineer shall coordinate all subconsultant activity to include quality of and consistency of work and administration of the invoices and monthly progress reports. The Engineer shall coordinate with necessary local entities.

  • Information Systems Acquisition Development and Maintenance a. Client Data – Client Data will only be used by State Street for the purposes specified in this Agreement.

  • Project Management Project Management Institute (PMI) certified project manager executing any or all of the following: • Development of Project Charter • Development of project plan and schedule • Coordination and scheduling of project activities across customer and functional areas • Consultation on operational and infrastructure requirements, standards and configurations • Facilitate project status meetings • Timely project status reporting • Address project issues with functional areas and management • Escalation of significant issues to customers and executive management • Manage project scope and deliverable requirements • Document changes to project scope and schedule • Facilitate and document project closeout

  • Form of Agreement and Reporting If a vendor submitting an offer requires TIPS and/or TIPS Member to sign an additional agreement, a copy of the proposed agreement must be included with the proposal to the TIPS Member. TIPS does not require a review a TIPS Member’s Job Order contract TYPE AIA or other similar Contract provided by the TIPS Member. This clause does not relieve the Vendor from the responsibility to report the contract execution and the amount of the contract and any change orders.

  • RECORDS MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE CONTRACTOR, its officers, agents, employees and subcontractors shall, throughout the term 12 of this Agreement, prepare, maintain and manage records appropriate to the services provided and in 13 accordance with this Agreement and all applicable requirements.
