Project Reporting - Periodic. The objective of the project reporting subtask is to ensure that the project is in compliance with all applicable regulations and that required quarterly progress reports are submitted to EPA in a timely manner. The project manager will be responsible for providing Quarterly Progress Reports to the EPA Project Officer by email within 30 days of the end of each federal fiscal quarter in December, March, June, and September (due by January 30, April 30, July 30, and October 30). Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) Reports (formerly MBE/WBE) will be submitted semi-annually within 30 days of the end of the semiannual reporting periods ending March and September (due by April 30th and October 30th); and all necessary Property Profile Forms.

Project Reporting - Periodic. Progress reports will be prepared and submitted to EPA on a quarterly basis (due within 30 days of the end of each federal fiscal quarter). These reports will describe the progress made for each task defined in this Work Plan and additional information as required in EPA’s Cooperative Agreement Terms and Conditions. The reports will be submitted electronically to the EPA Project Officer unless another arrangement is discussed and approved by EPA. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE/MBE/WBE) Reports will be prepared and submitted to EPA annually within 30 days of the end of the fiscal year. Online ACRES reporting will be completed to document the initiation and completion of assessment activities. Electronic copies of all technical reports produced under this agreement will be transmitted to the EPA Project Officer.‌

  • Project Reporting During the course of Implementation Services, the NAVITAIRE Hosted Revenue Accounting Services Project Manager will coordinate status reporting with the NAVITAIRE Hosted Reservation Services Project Manager. Following completion of installation of the Hosted Reservation Services, the NAVITAIRE Hosted Revenue Accounting Services Project Manager will provide Customer with status on the remaining Implementation Services for Hosted Revenue Accounting Services as follows; (a) Weekly Project Plan Update and Status Report; (b) Weekly Updated Issues/Resolution List; and (c) Executive Summary.

  • Monthly Progress Reports During the Construction Period, the Concessionaire shall, no later than 7 (seven) days after the close of each month, furnish to the Authority and the Independent Engineer a monthly report on progress of the Construction Works and shall promptly give such other relevant information as may be required by the Independent Engineer.
