At the completion of the project, we will provide the City with the following: • All contract files and records (hard & electronic files) • Annotated journal of photos and CD of digital photos Task No. 13 – Materials Testing Xxxxxxxxx Consulting (BCI) will provide materials testing services as follows: South Galt Safe Route to School and Rehabilitation ProjectCompaction tests on subgrade and aggregate base for curbs, ADA ramps, sidewalks, and base repairs (assumed 39 visits) • Compaction tests on drainage system backfill (assumed 5 visits) • Sampling of microseal aggregates (assumed 2 visits) • Materials sampling and laboratory acceptance tests as required for aggregate base • HMA sampling and laboratory tests in accordance with the City of Galt 2015 Quality Assurance Program, BCI will obtain hot mix asphalt samples at the site and aggregate/oil samples at the batch plant during each day of paving (assumed 2 visits) SACOG Bicycle and Pedestrian Project • Compaction tests on aggregate base for base repairs (assumed 16 visits) • Sampling of microseal aggregates (assumed 2 visits) • HMA sampling and laboratory tests in accordance with the City of Galt 2015 Quality Assurance Program, BCI will obtain hot mix asphalt samples at the site and aggregate/oil samples at the batch plant during each day of paving (assumed 2 visits) • Materials sampling and laboratory acceptance tests as required for aggregate base OPTIONAL TASKS The following work is not included in our proposal.
