Tax-Free Annuity. Teachers shall be allowed to take advantage of the federal law concerning tax-free annuities. Teachers may have an amount of their weekly salary directly deposited to a bank or other financial institution as to take advantage of the federal law. The Committee will request the Treasurer of the City of Xxxx to deduct and submit said sums as specified.
