Important note: With regard to the requirements under data privacy law, we refer expressly to Section 8 of the Platform T&Cs. The user shall remain responsible under data privacy law for data processing within the scope of the commissioned data processing activities by TBDS. Additionally, the user guarantees that it shall be permissible to process the personal data of the relevant parties (driver and other persons if necessary). This includes the user’s duty to fully inform the relevant parties and encompasses the establishment of a legal basis under data privacy law.

Related to TBDS service

  • DNS Service TLD Zone Contents Notwithstanding anything else in this Agreement, as indicated in section 2.2.3.3 of the gTLD Applicant Guidebook, permissible contents for the TLD’s zone are:

  • Years Service Two (2) calendar weeks (ten (10) business days). Vacation pay will be four (4%) of employee’s gross earnings for the previous year or two

SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT Based upon network availability, OFMTC High-Speed Internet Service is a “best efforts” service that can provide Downstream speeds ranging from 1 Mbps to 100 Mbps, based upon the package selected by Customer. The actual speeds experienced by customers may vary and depend on several factors, including, but not limited to, customer location, destination on the Internet, traffic on the Internet, interference with a high frequency spectrum on the customer’s telephone line, and other devices that may be attached to the same cable pair. No minimum level of speed is guaranteed.

  • Optional Service EU Access is an optional service that may be offered by SAP. SAP shall provide the Cloud Service eligible for EU Access solely for production instances in accordance with this Section 9. Where EU Access is not expressly specified and agreed in the Order Form, this Section 9 shall not apply.

  • Grades Served The School may serve students in grades K-8.

  • CLOUD SERVICE The Cloud Service offering, is described below and is specified in an Order Document for the selected entitled offerings. The Order Document will consist of the Quotation that is provided and the Proof of Entitlement (XxX) you will receive confirming the start date and term of the Cloud Services and when invoicing will commence.

  • DNS service availability Refers to the ability of the group of listed-­‐as-­‐authoritative name servers of a particular domain name (e.g., a TLD), to answer DNS queries from DNS probes. For the service to be considered available at a particular moment, at least, two of the delegated name servers registered in the DNS must have successful results from “DNS tests” to each of their public-­‐DNS registered “IP addresses” to which the name server resolves. If 51% or more of the DNS testing probes see the service as unavailable during a given time, the DNS service will be considered unavailable.
