Common use of Teacher Discipline Clause in Contracts

Teacher Discipline. Subd. 1. Any disciplinary action taken against a teacher shall be for just cause. Subd. 2. In the event that the District intends to discipline a teacher, the affected teacher will be provided the opportunity to participate in an informal conference at which a Union representative may be present for the purpose of identifying the issues and providing opportunity for the teacher to respond.
