Teacher Illness or Accident. Leaves of absence which extend beyond paid sick leave must be accompanied by a statement from the attending physician recommending the employee be granted such leave. A request to return to regular duties must be accompanied by a statement from a Board designated physician that the teacher is able to resume his/her regular duties. No experience credit on the salary schedule shall be granted.

A request for said leave of absence must be accompanied by a statement from the attending physician recommending the employee teacher be granted such leave. A request to return to regular duties work from such a leave of absence must be accompanied by a statement from a Board designated physician that the teacher is able to resume his/her regular duties. No experience credit on the salary schedule shall be granted.
