Accumulation of Paid Leave Days a. A teacher shall accumulate no more than 90 paid leave days. Those members who had accumulated more than 90 paid leave days prior to the start of the beginning of the 2014- 15 school year shall retain their existing balance of paid leave days until said balance is below 90 days. b. A record of accumulated paid leave days will be furnished to each teacher no later than October 15th each school year.
