TEACHER PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL. a) Performance appraisal of all teachers shall be conducted in accordance with the Education Act and its Regulations as amended from time to time; however, it is agreed that the conduct of performance appraisals cannot create a difference between the parties or be the subject of a grievance except as set out below.
