Common use of TEACHER PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL Clause in Contracts

TEACHER PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL. L - D.4.1. The Board shall conduct teacher performance appraisals in compliance with the Education Act and its Regulations. The process for New and Experienced Teacher Performance Appraisals will be the Toronto District School Board Teacher Performance Appraisal Policy/Procedure as developed in consultation with the Unions. Teacher Performance Appraisal procedures will be published as the “Teacher Performance Appraisal Manual” and be made available by the Board to each Principal and Union Xxxxxxx in every school. A summary of the procedures will be provided to each Teacher who is scheduled for a Teacher Performance Appraisal.

This Policy/Procedure will be amended from time to time by mutual agreement of the Board and the Unions. Teacher Performance Appraisal procedures will be published as the “Teacher Performance Appraisal ManualBinder” and be made available by the Board to each Principal and Union Xxxxxxx in every school. A summary of the procedures will be provided to each Teacher who is scheduled for a Teacher Performance Appraisal.
