Teachers returning from maternity leave. or parental leave shall give the Employer at least four (4) weeks written notice of return and, following notice, shall be returned to the position held at the commencement of the leave. This does not imply that a teacher on maternity leave or parental leave has any advantage or disadvantage in the event that staff reduction or program changes become necessary in a particular school.
