Teaching Program Planning. While recognizing its own authority and responsibility for the content and quality of the programs in which it places its Students, the University notes the essential role of Toronto Public Health Staff Members with a University Appointment in the presentation of public health and practical experiences and programs of instruction to Students. Thus, where there is core curriculum teaching in a program at Toronto Public Health, the Deans or Director of the University’s Faculties and Schools, or their delegates, will invite Toronto Public Health to participate in the planning of the programs and experiences to be offered to Students in related Departments at the University. The University will assist Toronto Public Health as required in setting up Teaching Programs. Toronto Public Health will notify the appropriate Xxxx or her/his delegate(s) of any proposed change in its strategic plans and accountability agreements that would materially affect the teaching obligations of Toronto Public Health as set out in this Agreement and, where feasible, will invite the University to comment prior to making any such changes.   • Multi-year Planning Targets Schedule A may reflect an allocation for the first Funding Year of this Agreement as well as planning targets for up to two additional years, consistent with the term of this Agreement.   • Strategic Planning Facilitate the effective alignment of IT requirements/ Information Resource Management (IRM) plans with strategic business plans and program initiatives. Management Improvements: Development and implementation of improved systems and business practices to optimize productivity and service delivery operations (e.g., analysis, and implementation of improvements in the flow of IT work and program processes and tool utilization, including business system analysis, identification of requirements for streamlining, re-engineering, or re-structuring internal systems/business processes for improvement, determination of IT solution alternatives, benchmarking).

  • Requirement for Project Planning No physical work will begin on the construction site until the receipt of a Proceed Order issued by the Owner. The Contract assumes that a Proceed Order will be issued in not more than sixty days from the Effective Date of the Contract. Failure of the Contractor to provide the necessary documentation for the issuance of a Proceed Order shall not entitle the Contractor to any extension of time. If a Proceed Order is not issued within sixty days from the award of the Contract and non-issuance is due to nonperformance by the Contractor, the Contractor may be in default.

  • Procurement Planning Prior to the issuance of any invitations to bid for contracts, the proposed procurement plan for the Project shall be furnished to the Association for its review and approval, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines. Procurement of all goods and works shall be undertaken in accordance with such procurement plan as shall have been approved by the Association, and with the provisions of said paragraph 1.

  • Exit Planning 6. The Grant Recipient will, in conjunction with the Authority, maintain, and as necessary update, the Exit Plan throughout the Funding Period so that it can be implemented immediately, if required. From time-to-time either the Authority or the Grant Recipient may instigate a review of the Exit Plan.
