Teaching Program Planning. While recognizing its own authority and responsibility for the content and quality of the programs in which it places its Students, the University notes the essential role of Toronto Public Health Staff Members with a University Appointment in the presentation of public health and practical experiences and programs of instruction to Students. Thus, where there is core curriculum teaching in a program at Toronto Public Health, the Deans or Director of the University’s Faculties and Schools, or their delegates, will invite Toronto Public Health to participate in the planning of the programs and experiences to be offered to Students in related Departments at the University. The University will assist Toronto Public Health as required in setting up Teaching Programs. Toronto Public Health will notify the appropriate Xxxx or her/his delegate(s) of any proposed change in its strategic plans and accountability agreements that would materially affect the teaching obligations of Toronto Public Health as set out in this Agreement and, where feasible, will invite the University to comment prior to making any such changes.   • Training Programs All employees shall successfully complete all necessary training prior to being assigned work (e.g., all employees will complete health and safety training prior to being assigned to task). Nothing in this Article or provision shall constitute a waiver of either party’s bargaining obligations or defenses. The Employer still has an obligation to notify and bargain changes in terms and conditions of employment with the exclusive representative.

  • Development Program RWJPRI shall be [**] and have [**] in consultation with the JDAC, to select LICENSED COMPOUNDS which shall then be designated PRODUCTS for further DEVELOPMENT by RWJPRI and marketing by ORTHO and its AFFILIATES. RWJPRI shall provide KOSAN with written notice of its decision to select a LICENSED COMPOUND for DEVELOPMENT. Once a PRODUCT has been selected for further DEVELOPMENT, RWJPRI, with the advice of the JDAC, shall have the [**] right to develop the PRODUCT through STAGES O, I, II and III and shall have the [**] right to prepare and file, and shall be the owner of, all applications for MARKETING AUTHORIZATION throughout the world. During such DEVELOPMENT efforts, KOSAN will assist RWJPRI as may be mutually agreed, at RWJPRI's expense, in chemical development, formulation development, production of labeled material and production of sufficient quantities of material for STAGE O and initial STAGE I studies. RWJPRI shall exercise diligent efforts, commensurate with the efforts it would normally exercise for products with similar potential sales volume and consistent with its overall business strategy, in developing such PRODUCT in accordance with the DEVELOPMENT PLAN established by RWJPRI. In the course of such efforts RWJPRI shall, either directly or through an AFFILIATE or SUBLICENSEE to which the license shall have been extended, take appropriate steps including the following: (i) in consultation with the JDAC, select certain LICENSED COMPOUNDS for STAGE O DEVELOPMENT; and (ii) establish and maintain a program reasonably designed, funded and resourced to obtain information adequate to enable the preparation and filing with an appropriate and properly empowered national regulatory authority all necessary documentation, data and [**] CERTAIN INFORMATION IN THIS EXHIBIT HAS BEEN OMITTED AND FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE COMMISSION. CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT HAS BEEN REQUESTED WITH RESPECT TO THE OMITTED PORTIONS. other evidence required for IND non-rejection to commence and conduct human clinical trials of such PRODUCT. (iii) proceed following IND non-rejection to commence PHASE I, II, and III clinical trials, associated studies and such other work which RWJPRI reasonably deems to be required for subsequent inclusion in filings for MARKETING AUTHORIZATION; (iv) after such submissions are filed prosecute such submissions and file all reasonably necessary, reports and respond to all reasonable requests from the pertinent regulatory, authorities for information, data, samples, tests and the like.

  • Multi-year Planning Targets Schedule A may reflect an allocation for the first Funding Year of this Agreement as well as planning targets for up to two additional years, consistent with the term of this Agreement. In such an event, the HSP acknowledges that if it is provided with planning targets, these targets: a. are targets only, b. are provided solely for the purposes of planning, c. are subject to confirmation, and d. may be changed at the discretion of the Funder in consultation with the HSP. The HSP will proactively manage the risks associated with multi-year planning and the potential changes to the planning targets; and the Funder agrees that it will communicate any changes to the planning targets as soon as reasonably possible.

  • Transition Planning The AGENCY will be responsible for the development of the student’s Transition Plan, which begins upon entry and is completed prior to the student’s exit.

  • Strategic Planning Facilitate the effective alignment of IT requirements/ Information Resource Management (IRM) plans with strategic business plans and program initiatives. Management Improvements: Development and implementation of improved systems and business practices to optimize productivity and service delivery operations (e.g., analysis, and implementation of improvements in the flow of IT work and program processes and tool utilization, including business system analysis, identification of requirements for streamlining, re-engineering, or re-structuring internal systems/business processes for improvement, determination of IT solution alternatives, benchmarking).

  • Procurement Planning Prior to the issuance of any invitations to bid for contracts, the proposed procurement plan for the Project shall be furnished to the Association for its review and approval, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines. Procurement of all goods and works shall be undertaken in accordance with such procurement plan as shall have been approved by the Association, and with the provisions of said paragraph 1.

  • Research Program The term “Research Program” shall mean the research program to be undertaken by TSRI under the direction and control of the Principal Investigator as expressly set forth on Exhibit A hereto.

  • Research Plan The Parties recognize that the Research Plan describes the collaborative research and development activities they will undertake and that interim research goals set forth in the Research Plan are good faith guidelines. Should events occur that require modification of these goals, then by mutual agreement the Parties can modify them through an amendment, according to Paragraph 13.6.
