An intergovernmental technical coordinating committee is hereby created and established to provide professional advice and technical expertise to the Blueprint Director on a project basis to be known as the “Technical Coordinating Committee.” The membership of the Technical Coordinating Committee shall be as designated in the Bylaws.

Technical Coordinating Committee. The TPB shall establish a Technical Coordinating Committee (“TCC”) which will be responsible for providing coordination, technical review and recommendations for all transportation plans, projects and studies within the Metropolitan Planning Area. The TCC shall provide recommendations and input to the TPB on issues directed to it by the TPB, its membership, or the MPO Officer/Director. SFMPO Staff SFMPO Staff shall be employees of the City of Santa Fe, which is the fiscal and administrative agent of the SFMPO. The SFMPO Staff reports to the TPB and is directed by TPB policies and approved documents.   • Steering Committee The Project Manager shall set up a Steering Committee for the Project, consisting of representatives from the Department, the Contractor, and any other key organisations whom the project will impact on, to be agreed between the parties. The function of the Steering Committee shall be to review the scope and direction of the Project against its aims and objectives, monitor progress and efficiency, and assess, manage and review expected impact and use of the findings from the Project. The Committee shall meet at times and dates agreed by the parties, or in the absence of agreement, specified by the Department. The Contractor’s representatives on the Steering Committee shall report their views on the progress of the Project to the Steering Committee in writing if requested by the Department. The Contractor’s representatives on the Steering Committee shall attend all meetings of the Steering Committee unless otherwise agreed by the Department.

  • Project Steering Committee (a) The Recipient shall maintain at all times until the completion of the Project, the Project Steering Committee with a composition, mandate and resources satisfactory to the World Bank.
