Technical Examination [Pass/Fail criteria]. Technical Qualifying criteria are the minimum requirements that will be evaluated on a pass/fail basis. This will determine whether the Bid is substantially responsive to the technical requirements. All bids must be checked for substantial responsiveness to the technical requirements. Non-conformity to the requirements is a justifiable basis for the rejection of a Bid. These are those deviations that, if accepted, would not fulfill the purposes for which the Bid is requested, or would prevent a fair comparison with Bids that are properly compliant with the requirements. Material technical deviations include but not limited to: a) Inability to meet the critical delivery schedule or work schedule clearly specified in the RFQ; b) Failure to comply with minimum experience criteria as specified in the RFQ; c) Failure to meet major technical requirements (e.g., offering completely different types specified, plant capacity well below the minimum specified, equipment not able to perform the basic functions for which it is intended; and/or d) Failure to bid for the required scope of work (e.g., for the entire works or a complete package or a complete schedule). 1. Bidders’ experience, capacity, equipment and construction Schedule: (a) Similar experience: Successful similar experience in terms of equivalent nature and complexity carried out on behalf of UN and INGOs in Northeast of Nigeria. Provide evidence such as Contracts or Purchase Orders and Completion Certificates. The Bidder must demonstrate through past projects its ability to produce a high-quality work. At least 2 Services to other organizations of equivalent nature and complexity for the last 3 years. Pass/Fail a) List of Equipment owned or hired: Type, Characteristics, Minimum Number and Availability of Key Equipment. A bidder must demonstrate adequate ownership of the minimum required Assets and/or Machineries. The following equipment are required: i. Mechanical dislodgement truck= 10pc ii. Dump truck (tipper)=5pc Pass/Fail In order to "PASS" this criterion, a bidder shall demonstrate that it has access to all the above Equipment through ownership or hire and attach the supporting certificates for each. iii. Axe = 20pc iv. Shovel= 20pc v. Wheelbarrows = 10pcs Present a list of all these five equipment and proof of ownership/hire

  • Annual Physical Examination A permanent employee shall be granted up to one day per year with pay for the purpose of a comprehensive physical examination provided that the verification of such an examination is submitted to the District.

  • Tax Examinations Abroad 1. A Contracting Party may allow representatives of the competent authority of the other Contracting Party to enter the territory of the first-mentioned Party to interview individuals and examine records with the written consent of the persons concerned. The competent authority of the second-mentioned Party shall notify the competent authority of the first-mentioned Party of the time and place of the meeting with the individuals concerned. 2. At the request of the competent authority of one Contracting Party, the competent authority of the other Contracting Party may allow representatives of the competent authority of the first-mentioned Party to be present at the appropriate part of a tax examination in the second-mentioned Party. 3. If the request referred to in paragraph 2 is acceded to, the competent authority of the Contracting Party conducting the examination shall, as soon as possible, notify the competent authority of the other Party about the time and place of the examination, the authority or official designated to carry out the examination and the procedures and conditions required by the first-mentioned Party for the conduct of the examination. All decisions with respect to the conduct of the tax examination shall be made by the Party conducting the examination.

  • Medical Examination Where the Employer requires an employee to submit to a medical examination or medical interview, it shall be at the Employer's expense and on the Employer's time.

  • Health Examination The University will provide to each member of the bargaining unit a physical examination at the time of employment. Thereafter, an examination will be provided if required by the appropriate accrediting authority, by the University, or by Statute. Employees returning from medical or disability leave must present a note from the treating physician which indicates the date the employee was able to return to duty and certifying the employee's fitness to return to work full duty. The University may, at its own cost and expense, have a physician of its choosing perform a physical examination of the employee to ensure fitness and capability to return to work.

  • Diagnostic Assessment 6.3.1 Boards shall provide a list of pre-approved assessment tools consistent with their Board improvement plan for student achievement and which is compliant with Ministry of Education PPM (PPM 155: Diagnostic Assessment in Support of Student Learning, date of issue January 7, 2013). 6.3.2 Teachers shall use their professional judgment to determine which assessment and/or evaluation tool(s) from the Board list of preapproved assessment tools is applicable, for which student(s), as well as the frequency and timing of the tool. In order to inform their instruction, teachers must utilize diagnostic assessment during the school year.

  • Commercial Operation Date Testing and Modifications Prior to the Commercial Operation Date, the Connecting Transmission Owner shall test the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities and System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades and Developer shall test the Large Generating Facility and the Developer Attachment Facilities to ensure their safe and reliable operation. Similar testing may be required after initial operation. Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner shall each make any modifications to its facilities that are found to be necessary as a result of such testing. Developer shall bear the cost of all such testing and modifications. Developer shall generate test energy at the Large Generating Facility only if it has arranged for the injection of such test energy in accordance with NYISO procedures.

  • Physical Examination The Employer, at its own expense, shall have the right and be given the opportunity to have a medical doctor appointed by the Employer examine, as often as it may reasonably require, any employee whose injury, sickness, mental or nervous disorder is the basis of claim upon this Plan.

  • Search, Enquiry, Investigation, Examination And Verification a. Neither the Assignee nor the Auctioneer shall be required or bound to inform the Purchaser of any such matters whether known to them or not and the Purchaser shall raise no enquiry, requisition or objection thereon or thereto.

  • SITE EXAMINATION Contractor has examined the Site and certifies that it accepts all measurements, specifications and conditions affecting the Work to be performed at the Site. By submitting its quote, Contractor warrants that it has made all Site examination(s) that it deems necessary as to the condition of the Site, its accessibility for materials, workers and utilities, and Contractor’s ability to protect existing surface and subsurface improvements. No claim for allowance of time or money will be allowed as to any other undiscovered condition on the Site.
