Technical Instructions. The performance of all BPA work is subject to the technical instructions given by the GSA Project Director and/or Project Manager at the Task Order level. These instructions will consist of available design assumptions, general guidance, supplemental details affecting projects, coordination issues/requirements, and liaison matters involving GSA’s client agencies. Cooperation with the GSA personnel is of paramount importance in performing Task Order work under this BPA.

Technical Instructions. Development works carried out by the manufacturer of the Covered Unit(s) may result in new findings as to optimization of the operation and maintenance, which might cause modifications of the maintenance schedules and technical instructions. As soon as reasonably practicable after these documents are released, the Contractor will provide the Customer with the latest edition of these documents and adjust the maintenance accordingly. The Contractor will inform the Customer about changes, if any, in the maintenance procedure and whether and to which extent the new measures will be applied to this Agreement.

Consolidate all shipments to be forwarded on one day. Seller will reimburse Buyer for the full cost of returning such over shipment or a minimum charge to $50, whichever is higher. No notification will be given to Seller of any over shipment. Mail original and two duplicate invoices to Buyer’s accounting Department when articles are shipped. STATE SHIPPING POINT ON ALL INVOICES. Each case or parcel and accompanying packing list of contents must show Buyer’s Purchase Order number. Seller shall label all packages according to Buyer’s bar coding requirements. If no packing List accompanies the shipment, Buyers count will be conclusive to Seller.

  • SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.

  • Customer Instructions The documentation shipped with the returned defective Boeing Product may include specific technical instructions for additional work to be performed on the Boeing Product. The absence of such instructions will evidence Customer's authorization for Boeing to perform all necessary Corrections and work required to return the Boeing Product to a serviceable condition.
