Technical Literature. AssetWorks shall make available to the Customer all technical literature in electronic format that is considered by AssetWorks to be relevant to the Software and its use within the scope of Customer's operations.

Technical Literature. Bioject shall provide to AngioSense appropriate technical literature relating to the Products developed by Bioject hereunder from time to time during the term of this Agreement to assist AngioSense in developing appropriate technical literature and marketing materials to support its sales force for the Product.
Technical Literature. All responses shall include specifications and technical literature sufficient to allow the State to determine that the equipment meets all requirements. This technical literature will be the primary source for bid evaluation. If a requirement is not addressed in the technical literature it must be supported by additional documentation and included with the response. Responses without sufficient technical documentation may be rejected.
Technical Literature. 6.5.1. The Supplier shall be obligated to provide the IAA with all technical literature required for the installation, operation, and maintenance of the Equipment (collectively, the "Documentation") and all as further detailed in Section 8 of the Technical Specifications. The Documentation delivered shall be the last edition thereof, and drafted in English.
6.5.2. During the Contract Period and as the case may be the Extended Contract Period, the Supplier shall provide the IAA from time to time with any updates issued thereby of the Documentation.

As long as this Agreement is in effect, I-ENG-A shall make available technical training literature, including two sets of the initial training manuals (Volume I, II and III) and sample case histories. Request for additional copies may require a nominal fee. The parties agree that these materials constitute trade secrets loaned by I-ENG-A to the Client Member, and shall be kept confidential and shall be surrendered to I-ENG-A upon termination of this Agreement. The Client Member agrees that reproduction of any I-ENG-A literature obtained without I-ENG-A's prior written approval is prohibited.
Technical Literature. Buyer shall not publish or use any brochures, or technical literature which includes, depicts, represents or refers to the Instrument or Xxxxxxx or uses any Xxxxxxx trademarks or trade names without the prior written approval of Xxxxxxx.
