Technical Support Price. In consideration of the provision of the Technical Support Services in full compliance with section 16 above and the Technical Specifications, the Supplier shall be entitled to receive from the IAA the following payments: 18.2.1. The Telephone Support Services, as specified in section 16.4.1 above, and the Software Update Services, as specified in section 16.4.4 above, shall be provided by the Supplier free of charge and shall be deemed to be included in the System price. Any of the other Software maintenance services specified in section 16.4.4 above shall be paid for based on time and material in accordance with section 21.5 below.

Technical Support Price. The Technical Support Price shall be paid in two annual installments, on the 1st of April and on the 1st of October of each calendar year, for the Technical Support Services that were rendered to the IAA during the preceding 6 months period, subject to issuance of a tax invoice by the Supplier to the IAA. Payment for Technician Visit shall be made within 30 days as of the completion of the works and the receipt by the IAA's Representative of the tax invoice issued by the Supplier.

Related to Technical Support Price

  • Technical Support State Street will provide technical support to assist the Fund in using the System and the Data Access Services. The total amount of technical support provided by State Street shall not exceed 10 resource days per year. State Street shall provide such additional technical support as is expressly set forth in the fee schedule in effect from time to time between the parties (the “Fee Schedule”). Technical support, including during installation and testing, is subject to the fees and other terms set forth in the Fee Schedule.

  • Technical Support Services 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

(b) Subject to satisfying the requirements in the Rules, your premises may cease to be registered as having life support equipment if medical confirmation is not provided to us or your retailer.

  • Commercial Price List Reductions Where NYS Net Prices are based on a discount from Contractor’s list prices, price decreases shall take effect automatically during the Contract term and apply to Purchase Orders submitted on or after the date Contractor lowers its pricing to its customers generally or to similarly situated government customers during the Contract term; or

  • Child Support (Applicable if the Party is a natural person, not a corporation or partnership.) Party states that, as of the date the Agreement is signed, he/she: a. is not under any obligation to pay child support; or b. is under such an obligation and is in good standing with respect to that obligation; or c. has agreed to a payment plan with the Vermont Office of Child Support Services and is in full compliance with that plan. Party makes this statement with regard to support owed to any and all children residing in Vermont. In addition, if the Party is a resident of Vermont, Party makes this statement with regard to support owed to any and all children residing in any other state or territory of the United States.

  • Customer Support If Customer is entitled to receive Customer Support as part of a separately purchased Service Plan, Sage warrants that while Customer’s Service Plan is in effect and if it has paid all required Service Plan fees, Sage will use qualified personnel to provide Customer Support in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Customer’s sole remedy under this section 5.2 is limited to Sage’s re-performance of the Customer Support services giving rise to Customer’s claim.
