System Price. In consideration of Allin’s delivery and installation of the System and subject to Section 5.4 below, Costa shall pay to Allin the System Price as set forth in, and in accordance with, the Payment Schedule.
System Price. The System price is specified in the Agreement For Purchase attached as Exhibit 1 and is payable in full upon delivery of the System.
System Price. In consideration for the System (the Basic System and the Complete System) and the full and complete performance of the Construction Works, the Supplier shall be entitled to receive a lump-sum payment in the amount of [the total System Price as shall be specified in the Final BOQ], as stipulated by the Supplier in row _ of the table in section of the Price Proposal Form (the "System Price"). The System Price shall not be linked to any index whatsoever. For the removal of doubt it is clarified that the price specified in Supplier's Proposal for the Complete System includes any and all additional Works required to be performed in the implementation of Stage 2, that are considered part of the Supplier's scope of work, even if such Works are not specifically written in the BOQ.
System Price. The purchase price for all license and conversion fees for software, maintenance prior to go-live, and fees for all related services within the scope of this project is $1,568,800 including any applicable sales taxes and is payable as provided in this agreement. The price includes all costs and license fees for software and related implementation services up until final acceptance. The County will incur additional fees for maintenance and support beginning at final system acceptance at prices listed in Exhibit H, “VENDOR COST PROPOSAL”. Notwithstanding the foregoing, County acknowledges that Contractor’s performance is dependent upon the timely and effective satisfaction of County’s responsibilities, as well as its timely decisions and approvals, upon which Contractor will rely. To the extent that the assumptions described in the Statement of Work are not met or turn out to be inaccurate, or there is a material delay in County’s making necessary decisions or performing its responsibilities, the cost and delivery schedule of the project or product may be impacted.

In consideration for the supply of the System and the full and complete performance of the Works in Xxx Xxxxxx Airport Terminal 1, the Supplier shall be entitled to receive a lump-sum payment in the amount of [the total amount specified in the Price Proposal form for Terminal 1], as stipulated by the Supplier in the Price Proposal Form (the "Terminal 1 Installation Price")
18.1.3. In consideration for the supply of the System and the full and complete performance of the Works in Timna Airport, the Supplier shall be entitled to receive a lump-sum payment in the amount of [the total amount specified in the Price Proposal form for Timna Airport], as stipulated by the Supplier in the Price Proposal Form (the "Timna Installation Price") Terminal 3 Installation Price, Terminal 1 Installation Price and Timna Installation Price shall not be linked to any index whatsoever, and shall be referred to together as the "System Price".

19.1.2. In consideration for the supply of the System and the full and complete performance of the Works in Stage B (WP#E), the Supplier shall be entitled to receive a lump-sum payment in the amount of [the total amount specified in the Price Proposal form for Stage B], as stipulated by the Supplier in the Price Proposal Form (the "Stage B Construction Price")
19.1.3. The consideration for the supply of the Central System and the full and complete performance of the Works in the Preliminary Stage, in the amount of [the total amount specified in the Price Proposal form for the Preliminary Stage], as stipulated by the Supplier in the Price Proposal Form (WP#CS) (the "Preliminary Stage Price"). The Stage A Construction Price and Stage B Construction Price and the Preliminary Stage Price shall not be linked to any index whatsoever. Stage A Construction Price, Stage B Construction Price, and the Preliminary Stage Price shall be referred to together as the "System Price".
System Price. 14.1.1. In consideration for the supply of the System, the Supplier shall be entitled to receive a lump-sum payment in the amount of [the amount specified by the Supplier in the Price Proposal] (the "System Price").
14.1.2. The System Price shall not be linked to any index whatsoever. Payment of the System Price shall be made within 30 days as of the end of the month following the issuance of the Final Acceptance Certificate for the System and the receipt by the IAA's Representative of the tax invoice issued by the Supplier.
