TELEPHONE AND MAILING ACCESS. Every employee shall provide the Employer with a current mailing address and telephone number at which he may be reached or contacted in an emergency, and shall be responsible for notifying the Employer of any subsequent changes to either one. The Employer agrees to respect the confidentiality of this information, and undertakes not to use it or to make it available unnecessarily.
