Temperature & Air Circulation. All work areas assigned to MBUs will be provided with natural or mechanical systems of air circulation. The University will make reasonable efforts at all times to maintain inside work area temperatures between sixty-five degrees (65°) Fahrenheit and eighty degrees (80°) Fahrenheit to allow MBUs to comfortably perform their work. In the event that an unforeseen and unintended circumstance, such as but not limited to, a power failure, occurs, rendering a work area not reasonably habitable for any extended period of time, the University will address the situation consistent with the Emergency Closing Policy set out in Section 8.C. above.

  • Temperature Where low temperature and/or self-service cases are used for any of such merchandise coming under the jurisdiction of the Union, such cases shall be served only by employees covered by this Agreement.

  • Electrical Safety Only UL approved items are permitted in Housing & Residence Life. Extension and multi-use cords must be heavy duty, single plug, and be UL approved. Altering or adapting electrical outlets and equipment and overloading circuits jeopardize safety and thus are not permitted.

  • Electrical appliance safety The Hirer shall ensure that any electrical appliances brought by them to the premises and used there shall be safe, in good working order, and used in a safe manner in accordance with the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989. Where a residual circuit breaker is provided the hirer must make use of it in the interests of public safety.

  • Quality control system (i) The Contractor shall establish a quality control mechanism to ensure compliance with the provisions of this Agreement (the “Quality Assurance Plan” or “QAP”).

  • Configuration The configuration for the Purchase Right Aircraft will be the Detail Specification for Model 767-3S2F aircraft at the revision level in effect at the time of the Supplemental Agreement. Such Detail Specification will be revised to include (i) changes required to obtain required regulatory certificates and (ii) other changes as mutually agreed upon by Boeing and Customer.

  • Technical Specification As enumerated in Special Conditions of Contract/Scope of Work/attached Drawing/ Details/Schedule of Rates.

  • Electrical Provide drawings for the following systems:

  • Drainage Systems (1) Clear culvert inlets, outlets, and sediment catching basins.

  • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.

  • Quality All products will be new and unused. All products provided by the Contractor must meet all federal, state, and local standards for quality and safety requirements. Products not meeting the requirements of this section will be deemed unacceptable and returned to the Contractor for credit at no charge to the State.
