Temporary Change in Schedule for Events. During the school year when there are school related events where students are present within the building in which an employee works, including but not limited to OHSAA sponsored athletic contests, school plays, band concerts, PSO events, Booster Club events, CAPA events, etc., an employee may have his/her schedule adjusted by his/her supervisor with at least two (2) weeks notice to the employee. In the event of an athletic event at the high school on NEOEA day, a second shift custodian will be assigned on a rotating basis.
