Temporary Grant Employee Sample Clauses

Temporary Grant Employee. An employee temporarily assigned to special duty under a State, Federal or governmental Cooperative Grant or program shall be treated as a member of the bargaining unit while assigned to the special duty. The employee shall be returned to their former position within the unit upon the discontinuance of such duty. Employees involuntarily assigned shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Employees voluntarily assigned shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the Grant, notwithstanding this Agreement to the contrary.
