Common use of Temporary Job Postings Clause in Contracts

Temporary Job Postings. A temporary vacancy expected to exceed sixty (60) days will be posted, per the posting procedure per Article 13.01a), stating that the position is limited and shall indicate the estimated duration of the limited job. In any event, the limited job shall not normally exceed twelve (12) months. Upon termination of a limited job, the employee filling the vacancy shall be returned to the classification and job location in which they last worked.
