Temporary Job Postings. (a) Whenever a position becomes vacant due to illness, leave of absence, vacation, etc., where an employee, who has a signed job, will be off his/her signed job for at least one (1) week, the Company shall be free to post a Temporary Job Posting. All employees are free to sign for this posting with the understanding that when the Temporary Job Posting is complete, the employee may return to his/her original job.
