TEMPORARY PLACEMENT. 7.1 Where an approved position is not readily available, excess employees may be seconded or temporarily transferred to another job. This could include assisting with short term placements to meet customer services. Placements of this nature should be seen as opportunities to enhance future work prospects and may require some additional training.
